Return and Refund Policy

No Refunds / Exceptions

For sanitary reasons, we DO NOT ACCEPT returns and exchanges. All sales are final.

However, if your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact us and we work on a solution to resolve the issue, whether that be a replacement or a refund. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to address any concerns. A photo of proof will be required. If we are out of that item, you will receive a full refund.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 3 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@empahwer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All purchases are final. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
