Are Empahwer products made in a pet-free home?

Empahwer products are lovingly handmade in a home that is not pet-free. While every effort is made to ensure cleanliness during the production process, those with severe pet allergies should be aware that pets are present in the home environment. We recommend taking this into consideration when purchasing our products.

Are my items made to order? 

No, Empahwer items are not made to order. Each product is handcrafted in advance, allowing for quick availability and delivery. This ensures that you can enjoy your items without waiting for a custom production process.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Items are handmade and not manufactured. We put a lot of love and care into making sure every item look similar. We source, cut, and sew each product. Please allow for minor differences. If there is a problem with your item, please do not hesitate to contact us

Why are my items more expensive than others?

Handmade and hand-sewn items often come at a higher price due to the time, skill, and attention to detail required to create each product. Unlike mass-produced items, each piece is individually crafted, ensuring unique quality and care. The process involves sourcing high-quality materials, designing, and sewing by hand, which takes more effort and expertise. This personalized approach not only guarantees a more durable and distinctive product but also supports artisans who put their passion into their craft. The higher cost reflects the value of this craftsmanship and the small-scale, ethical production process.

How do I care for my item?

To maintain the quality of your Empahwer product, we recommend gentle hand washing with mild detergent and air drying. This care method helps preserve the durability and appearance of your handmade item.

When will I receive my order? 

After we receive your payment, please allow for 1-3 days for processing. Shipping will take approximately 6 to 12 days depending on your location. We do my best to complete orders in a quick time period but have no control of the postal shipping.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

If you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. We strive to ensure that buyers receive their items as quickly as possible. Your order will be prepared and mailed as soon as possible after purchase. Once your purchase has been mailed, we are unable to cancel the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
